Silverado Owners Report Electrical Wire Harness Problems

Many Chevy Silverado  owners have reported electrical wire harness problems.

One 2023 Chevy Silverado owner reports the following battery defect to Silverado Forum:

I have ’23 Silverado LTZ with 5300 miles, purchased end of March 2023. Within a couple weeks of purchase, the radio volume would constantly shut off regardless if the radio was on AM,FM, satellite, or Bluetooth. I contacted the dealership for any recall or solutions. The service manager stated he was embarrassed for Chevy due to the numerous electrical problems with their trucks.

Another Chevy Silverado owner states to GM Inside Forum:

I picked up my refreshed Silverado on 5/13 and within 24 hours the passenger front and driver rear turn signals went out. Rapid flashing from the inside but no signal coming on at all. Took it back to the dealership and first they thought wiring harness. 4 days ago they said they ordered a module and the delivery date was TBD. They’ve had my truck for 7 days now and not getting much communication. Is this a common issue? Has anyone else faced these issues right off the bat? How hard is it to get a module for a new truck? To add to this mess the loaner car they gave me was a Nissan Versa….. feels like a nightmare.
